The top two bestselling songs in South Korea from last week swap spots with one another this time around, with the biggest band in the world stepping down to second place while one of the hottest names in that nation rises to the peak on the Gaon Download chart, ranks the bestselling individual songs in South Korea every week.

Up from No. 2 to No. 1 is “Kingdom Come” by THE BOYZ, who came in second with the track on the latest showing of popular South Korean reality competition show Kingdom: Legendary War. The tune replaces BTS’s “Butter” in first place after two weeks in charge, and that global hit is now down to No. 2.

The highest-ranking debut this week on the Gaon Download chart comes from Tomorrow X Together, whose latest single “0x1=Lovesong (I Know I Love You) (ft. Seori)” blasts onto the ranking at No. 3. The track fronts their new full-length The Chaos Chapter: Freeze, which itself opens at No. 1 on the Gaon Albums chart, bringing them back to the summit once again.

Down just one space is Heize’s “Happen,” which settles at No. 4.

BAEKHYUN’s new cut “U” starts off its time on the Gaon Download chart at No. 5, with the exceptionally busy musician finding himself back inside the top 10 yet again. The song is taken from the soundtrack to a South Korean TV show titled Doom at Your Service

Just behind that debut comes another, as JOY’s “Hello” enters the race at No. 6. The singer is best-known as one of the members of the beloved girl group Red Velvet, and she’s the second performer from the band to embark on a proper solo venture this year. Her debut EP Hello opens inside the top 10 this frame as well on the Gaon Albums list.

OH MY GIRL’s “Dun Dun Dance” is a non-mover at No. 7 this frame.

New at No. 8 (new to the top 10, at least) is another tune featured on the show Kingdom: Legendary War, as Stray Kids’ “Wolfgang” rises from just outside the highest tier to No. 8, lifting five spaces at once.

The last debut inside the top 10 on this week’s Gaon Download chart comes from MONSTA X, whose new single “Gambler” enters the tally at No. 9. The project it’s featured on, One of a Kind, also begins inside the top tier on the albums ranking as well, which isn’t surprising given how popular the all-male vocal act is.

Closing out the region this week is “Next Level” by Aespa, which falls several rungs to No. 10.
