Pride Month 2021 is underway, and beauty brands are celebrating by launching limited-edition products to support the LGBTQ+ community. Proceeds from select moisturizers, serums, makeup palettes and more will be donated to organizations working to meet the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer youth and adults across the globe.
Of course, there are plenty of ways to get involved, but for those looking to lend financial support, purchasing the charitable pride makeup and beauty products below is a great place to start.
Herbivore
To improve skin texture and tone and raise mental health awareness in the LGBTQ community, stock up on this glow-rious serum made with a blend of exfoliating AHAs and BHAs. For the second year in a row, Herbivore will be partnering with The Trevor Project, and donating $1 to the organization's intervention and suicide prevention services for every Prism Glow Facial sold.
Beekman 1802
This year, Beekman 1802 is commemorating Pride Month with a limited edition set featuring travel-friendly versions of the brand’s best-selling products for sensitive skin: Bloom Cream Moisturizer, Milk Wash Exfoliating Cleanser, Dewy Eyed Illuminating Serum and Milk Drops Ceramide Serum. All proceeds will be donated to the Ali Forney Center to support homeless LGBTQ+ youth.
Ouai
Like summer, this St. Barts scented body scrub with notes of dragon fruit, orange blossom, tuberose and musk is only here for a limited time. It’s formulated with ingredients that will keep your scalp and body nourished year-round including sugar, coconut oil and a probiotic blend that supports skin’s natural defenses. In honor of the launch and Pride Month, OUAI will be donating $20k to the LA LGBT Center, an organization whose mission is to build a better world for LGBT individuals and families through programs, services and global advocacy.
Morphe
With 25 bold shades, you can use this limited-edition Morphe palette to create vibrant eye makeup looks for Pride Month festivities and beyond. Developed in partnership with The Trevor Project, 100% of proceeds will be donated to help the organization fund crisis intervention and suicide prevention services for LGBTQ youth.
OGX
Enjoy the invigorating feeling of detoxifying your scalp and giving back when you purchase this tea tree and mint infused shampoo. For every limited-edition bottle sold from now until June 30, OGX will donate $1 to Johnson & Johnson to support Family Equality, a non-profit organization fighting to protect and support LGBTQIA families.
Becca
Highlight your pride with this limited-edition highlighter and final launch from Becca Cosmetics. Inspired by the makeup brand's best-selling shade Opal and formulated with reflective rainbow pearls, this iridescent powder will instantly illuminate your face. To help The Trevor project expand its suicide prevention services, the makeup brand will be donating $50,000 to the organization.
Good Dye Young
Add this limited-edition candle to your home decor and fill your home with the soothing scent of bergamot, orange, mandarin, and lemon—Good Dye Young’s signature hair care scent. The brand will be donating 100% of profits of each candle to The Trevor Project.
Nails Inc.
This nail polish set features four dynamic colors for creating festive manicures for Pride Month and beyond. With an exclusive wide-hugging brush, you can get full coverage in a single swipe. Proceeds from this nail polish quad will be donated to The Stonewall Foundation, an organization that funds over 100 nonprofits created to support the LGBTQ community.
Bliss
To support The Trevor Project and the LGBTQ community during Pride, Bliss will be donating 100% of net proceeds from the Makeup Melt Wipes Collection. The wipes effectively remove makeup and intensively hydrates the skin, thanks to chamomile, marshmallow root, cucumber fruit extract and aloe.
Bath & Body Works
To help uplift LGTBQ communities, this year Bath & Body Works will be donating $1 million to support the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, an organization that works to further LGBTQ+ equality. The company will also release a 2021 pride collection, featuring body care products like this nourishing shea butter and cocoa butter-infused moisturizer. Considering now is the time for shorts, tanks and opened-toed shoes, this ash-busting formula will come in handy.
